Regent House, High Wycombe

What the owners say:

After interviewing 4 agents to sell our place we settled on Ryan immediately.

He was honest with the achievable price but also put in plan ways to obtain the highest offers. From start to finish the communication was incredible with updates immediately after any viewings letting us know the likelihood of potential offers etc.

The attention to detail on the photography and drone work was spot on. It helped us receive 3 offers (2 of which were cash) and we accepted an offer within a few weeks of going up on the market.

Given the situation in 2022 we thought this was amazing. Couldn’t recommend Ryan and Sarah highly enough. Great agents and a family business.

Will be using again.

Joshua Jones, High Wycombe

At a glance

You would never know this apartment was here!

I first met Joshua more than 18 months ago at a cottage in Stokenchurch, one of our first instructions to sell. We had a great chat, unfortunately the house wasn’t for them. Joshua kept an eye on us via social media and when it came to time to marketing their apartment in High Wycombe they asked us to pop by and get our opinion.

Not being based in High Wycombe directly meant we could give an unbiased view on value which they appreciated currently having had valuations from local agents there was mixed views from between 5-10%. It was important to understand and consider all thoughts on price, but we settled on a strategy that would highlight there qualities.

Their apartment was really stylish & clever space that in my opinion was the perfect first time buyers home or even a great buy to let investment. It had 2 double bedrooms, open plan kitchen living and the show piece balcony that ran the length of the apartment which each room had access too. Outside space has been such a significant point since covid when it comes to apartments, Mark & Joshua’s clever planting adding lots of greenery and softening its town centre location just allowed you to relax.

It did have some tricky aspects to navigate, its entrance at the rear of the building (rather than the front), no allocated parking, third floor (no lift), only 500 sq ft and ongoing building work opposite. Our marketing was designed to initially showcase its outside space as apartments with this asking price so rarely had. You guessed it, the drone was called in again to capture the space and it did so perfectly. The interior styling by the owners was lovely so we needed to advise on little, our expertise was called upon getting the buyers there and securing the right buyer.

We successfully secured 3 offers, 2 of which were cash and proceeded accordingly. There were some hurdles with the lease, but we overcame everything to allow Mark and Joshua to move onto their next adventure.
