The Penthouse that broke records!
We met the owners at the time, Jo and Perry who had only recently completed their wonderful home renovation. BUT, during Covid their working lives changed. Perry who previously worked long hours in London then found working from home worked better for the team and Jo being now able to work remotely meant home didn’t need to be Gerrards Cross. With Jo’s family in Cornwall they decided it was the perfect opportunity to move to Cornwall.
Do not under estimate the power and quality of your home.
On this occasion, there was little we needed to advise on the look and feel of the home as it was evident the owners had a flair and passion for interior styling, it was our job therefore to ensure it was showcased to the very best standard to do it justice. This included;
- Professional photography, making sure we meticulously stage each room (a couple of trips to the garage for perfection)
- Video walk through tour (essential for modern day marketing, it allows potential buyers to get a genuine feel for the property, reducing unnecessary viewings)
- Floorplan (everyone loves a floorplan, to plan rooms, layouts and potential changes)
- Social media videos, reels and images for digital campaigns (these typically are slightly different due to photo size and different formats work better on social media)
Our role as your agent is to showcase your home to entice potential buyer.
Our buyers were a lovely professional couple with who had been renting in London and were looking to relocate to be closer to family in Beaconsfield. They did not have the time to take on a project due to demanding professional roles so loved the fact they could literally move immediately in and call it ‘home.’
