Harefield is a lovely, peaceful village located in the London Borough of Hillingdon, Middlesex, but despite being a London Borough it does not have its own tube or railway station, making it that bit quieter than surrounding towns and villages. Harefield has a rich history with links to the Doomsday book, and it is also home to the world famous Harefield Hospital. It has modern conveniences too, with its local shops, pubs and cafes but also offers something for nature lovers with Broadwater Lake Nature Reserve and Old Park Wood Nature Reserve on its doorstep. If you are a commuter requiring access to central London, there are a choice of tube train stations close by.
